October 19th is a date I've circled on my calendar because that's the release date of a new mammoth Oliver Stone box set.

It will contain every feature film he's made (save The Hand & Seizure) and it will include a director's cut of Any Given Sunday and the doc's Persona Non Grata & Looking For Fidel.

Glad I didn't buy the last collector's set...

Is Looking For Fidel the same or is it kind of a sequel to Comandante?

I haven't seen "Looking For Fidel", so I don't know.
I'm wondering why "Comandante" isn't included though.

Here's some more info, i'm still not sure if NBK is director's cut or not.

Looking for Fidel is the cut of Comandante that was shown on HBO. The uncut version runs about 35 minutes longer.
I await the Comandante PAL dvd I bought on Ebay. I will make a nice profit reselling it locally.

I didn't know that HBO films finally showed the doc on the channel because they delayed then postponed it on numerous occasions. Of all places it was released on dvd first in Spain.

It has two soundtracks, one in English and one in Spanish (with English subs if you want) and a ton of extras.
