That article is dead-bang on.
Specifically, the Scotiabank theatre (arguably the best cineplex in Toronto) IS a logistical nightmare.
It should not be used as a venue for TIFF. And I think most festival-goers would agree. They need more venues- and not ones spread out all over hell's half acre.
