    Van Sant's latest

    Gus Van Sant's LAST DAYS will open in France on May 13th, days before it appears at Cannes. Starring Michael Pitt, Lukas Haas, and Asia Argento, the film is based on the final days of Kurt Cobain. HBO/New Line will release the film stateside in October.

    Thanks for that Arsaib; I had no idea. What a nice topic for Van Sant who seems increasingly interested in the moments leading up to cultural tragedies... i look forward to it.
