Switzerland's eugenics-influenced Pro Juventute’s Kinder der Landstrasse scheme is held up to scrutiny and Germany's most prominent film actor Franz Rogowski plays the lead as a Yennish man whose children are stolen from him and never seen again, but the story meanders too much and goes on too long, rather wasting this interesting actor and significant theme.
