Are you attending the festival, P?

This festival in New York sounds really exciting.

    An OZU retrospective? Hell yeah.

Films by Trier, Morris & Chabrol...Great.

What is the "Views from the Avant-Garde" and Stalingrad all about? Sounds interesting to me....

    The Barbarian Invasions
is Denys "Jesus of Montreal" Arcand's new feature and I've heard it is THE BOMB. Chalk one up for Canada...

Also I hope you see the best documentary on The Who
ever produced: "The Kids Are Alright". I've seen it many times on video (along with TOMMY), and to see it on the big screen would be absolutely "the bee's knees". :) A "SPECIAL EVENT" indeed...
"Set the controls for the heart of the Sun" - Pink Floyd
