EYES WIDE OPEN is the first film distributed by "New American Vision". The Miami Film Festival selected this film when it had yet to secure distribution so the screening next month in Miami is erroneously described in the fest's program as its "East Coast Premiere". Nothing they can do about it now since thousands of programs have already been printed and distributed. I don't know if I will be seeing it during the fest since it will be shown commercially here. As usual, I will concentrate on films that do not have distribution, particularly US premieres. No doubt EYES WIDE OPEN is a film not to be missed.
